Safety Belt Poster Contest

According to the Department of Transportation, there is no more effective safety device than a seat belt or a child safety seat. GEICO urges all young artists to creatively spread the message that safety belts save lives.

Each fall, GEICO invites students across the country to use their imagination to design, draw, paint, color or cut and paste an original picture and message emphasizing the importance of using safety belts. Computer-generated art is also encouraged. Tell your students to enter the 2009 Safety Belt Poster Contest! Watch for contest entry details coming in September.

This year GEICO celebrates our 5 grand-prize winners—including the winner of the computer-generated category.
