GEICO Motorcycle and Enterprise to sponsor children's charity motorcycle rally Oct. 27

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va., Oct. 24, 2007 – Grab your helmet and jump on your bike, the second annual "Bikers for Tykes" will be on Sat., Oct. 27, in Virginia Beach at GEICO's regional office, 1345 Perimeter Parkway, Virginia Beach, Va.

GEICO and Enterprise along with Bath Fitters, Xerox, Hall Auto, Kawasaki and Ocean Breeze Water Park are hosting the music and motorcycle rally to raise money for Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters.

The event will run 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and features a poker run tournament, best bike contest, and a best tattoo contest to be judged by 100.5 MAX FM DJs Zak Tyler, Cindy Crawford and "Bug." On hand will be GEICO's own gecko®-inspired bike for the "Bikers for Tykes" online auction, www.ebay.com/geico. The event will also include a stunt show performed by Kane "Insane" Friesen.

The Fabulous Thunderbirds will provide a rocking performance. Also on the entertainment stage will be Bullwinkle and the Fins. To view a complete list of activities, go to www.bikersfortykes.org.
