DALLAS, Texas, March 21, 2011 – Even though GEICO’s regional office in Dallas already employs over 1,350 associates, the office continues to grow. Over the next few weeks the office plans to hire 100 new employees in sales, customer service and claims.

When looking at potential candidates, GEICO is looking for employees who have their high school diploma (or equivalent), have prior experience in sales or service and who have great time management skills. In addition, job stability, dependability and a good attitude are a must. Strong communications skills are also required as employees will be working with customers on a regular basis. Job applicants do not have to have any knowledge of the insurance industry.
