The country’s fastest-growing, private passenger auto insurer is kicking off 2013 with plans to hire 300 new associates at the company’s regional office in Tucson. The hires will include associates to fill new positions, and to make up for attrition. The GEICO Tucson office employs more than 1,200 associates and offers an array of career opportunities in sales, claims and customer service.

College graduates can also apply for GEICO’s Supervisor Leadership Program, an entry-level, fast-track management training program that develops future business and team leaders. Candidates for this selective program are required to have a bachelor’s degree in business, or significant business coursework, demonstrated leadership skills, as well as an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
