Tucson, Ariz., March 29, 2013 – Right on the heels of GEICO's 10th anniversary celebration of its regional office in Tucson, the company has announced plans to hire 400 new associates by the end of the year. The hires will include associates to fill an array of positions in sales, claims and customer service.

GEICO's Tucson office opened for business in April of 2003 with fewer than 50 associates. Within five years, the office expanded to 800 associates as it continued to gain market share. Today, the regional office employs more than 1,200 associates with sales, customer service, underwriting and claims responsibilities in seven states.

College seniors and graduates are encouraged to apply for GEICO's Supervisor Leadership Program, an entry-level, fast-track management training program that develops future business and team leaders.
