- Sturgis, S.D.- July 30 – August 11, for the largest and most well-known motorcycle gathering in the U.S., at the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally
- Milwaukee, Wis.- August 15 – August 18, for the Harley Davidson Annual Motorcycle Rally
"Since our beginning in 1936, GEICO has held a deep connection with the men and women who serve in our armed forces," said Tom Garner, director of GEICO’s motorcycle insurance division. "The GEICO military bike tribute tour is a great way to honor their courage, sacrifice and commitment."
The GEICO military bike tribute tour features the GEICO military bike designed by Paul Teutul, Jr., from the hit television show "American Chopper." The chopper boasts a bright chrome frame accented with patriotic red and blue colors. The front wheel is also the shape of a gold star. The bike’s five medallions represent the five branches of U.S. military with the words sacrifice, loyalty and honor.
"The bike has been a crowd favorite and the tour has been impressive," said Garner. "We have been able to attend many of the military and motorcycle events, which benefit and support military centric charities across the county."
