GEICO.com Claim Reporting

You can use the form above to log into your policy and start your claim online. You can report a claim for Auto, Motorcycle, Windshield/Glass, Mechanical Breakdown, RV or ATV - it's easy!

After you give us the details about your situation we will provide you with a claim number, and a GEICO claims specialist will begin handling your claim right away (usually within an hour.)

If you would like to file your claim over the phone, simply call us:

  • For emergency road service call: 1-800-424-3426
  • For mechanical breakdown claims call: 1-800-443-7411

Collector Auto

If you have a collector auto policy with American Collectors Insurance, please call them directly at 1-866-540-2307 to report your claim.
