If you're a policyholder, you can log in with your existing User ID and Password. If you have never logged into your policy, it's easy to sign up to view & manage your claims right away.

You can view these types of claims online: Auto, Motorcycle, ATV, Windshield or Glass, Mechanical Breakdown, and RV.

Non-GEICO Customers

If you have a claim but you're not a policyholder, or if your policy is in another person's name, follow these steps to create a secure account:

Call us at 1-800-861-8380 and ask a claim representative to email you a geico.com invitation
Once you receive the email with the subject line "Register to access your GEICO claim," open it and click on the "View Your Claim" button
A registration window will open – just follow the instructions to create your User ID and Password
