You can pay your GEICO premium on a recurring basis with any American Express® Card. In some instances, it may take more than one billing cycle before automatic charges are posted to your American Express Card account. Please remember to cancel these payments with GEICO if you close your Card account, and advise GEICO if your Card account number changes. Not all American Express Cards are eligible to earn rewards. Recurring Card Payments charged to a credit or debit card are subject to normal installment fee charges of up to $4.00 per installment. Special terms apply in FL, KY, NH, NC, OR, RI, TN, TX, WA and WV.
