CORALVILLE, Iowa, February 3, 2014 – College graduates looking to kick start their careers in management might want to think green. GEICO Gecko green that is. GEICO's office near Iowa City is now hiring for the Management Development Program (MDP), one of GEICO's accelerated leadership programs.
MDP candidates must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, strong academics and demonstrated leadership experience—whether on campus, in the community or at work.
