GEICO named one of the top workplaces in Iowa 2 years in a row

CORALVILLE, Iowa, Dec. 5, 2015 – GEICO has been named one of Iowa's Top 150 Workplaces by The Des Moines Register for 2015. This is the second consecutive year GEICO's Coralville office has been recognized.

This designation goes well beyond salary and benefits. To be named among the top workplaces, employers must demonstrate that they provide associates with an environment in which they feel valued and fulfilled.

The Des Moines Register ranks Iowa's top workplaces based in large part on employee feedback. Associates are surveyed to measure what they view as most important within the workplace and how closely their employer aligns with those expectations.
