GEICO responding swiftly to help Texas policyholders affected by recent flooding
HOUSTON, Texas, June 3, 2016 – Following the recent torrential rains and flooding conditions in Texas, GEICO's Catastrophe Response (CAT) adjusters are ready to assist policyholders whose properties and vehicles have been damaged or flooded throughout the region.
GEICO urges policyholders to report any losses as early as possible on the GEICO mobile app, GEICO Claim Center or by calling 1-800-841-3000 24-hours a day. Commercial vehicle policyholders can call 1-866-509-9444.

GEICO encourages residents to heed warnings by local public safety officials and to monitor news broadcasts for instructions regarding evacuations, temporary housing, school cancellations and other pertinent information. If your vehicle has been damaged, GEICO recommends covering the window with plastic or other material to protect it from further damage.
