GEICO leads Dynatrace mobile app ranking for 4 years straight among leading U.S. auto insurers
WASHINGTON, D.C., May 1, 2019 – For the fourth consecutive year, GEICO's mobile capabilities earned the highest overall ranking in the Dynatrace Q1 2019 Mobile Insurance Scorecard among the 12 largest U.S. auto insurers. GEICO ranked number one in all four scorecard categories (Functionality, Ease of Use, Privacy and Security, and Quality and Availability) and ranked first in both mobile modes (mobile web and mobile apps for iPhone and Android).
GEICO uses Dynatrace's Scorecards for Financial Services to assess its competitive position, identify best practices in digital delivery, and to refine its roadmap planning to meet the needs of policyholders and prospects.
