Biker Blues: What To Do When You Can't Ride

Mid-winter? Recuperating from road burn? Have a bad case of biker's blues? Here is our helpful list of tips of what to do when you can't ride.

  • Plan your next trip. Perhaps it's time to visit Daytona for Bike Week again or maybe introduce that special someone to a long drive down historic Route 66.

  • Accessories. Nothing lifts your spirits like a visit to the local bike shop.

  • Watch the movie, "Easy Rider" ... again.

  • Routine maintenance. If you don't know how to do your own maintenance then it's time to learn. Remember, motorcycle boots are NOT made for walking!

  • Go out to eat where other bikes are parked out front. It's good food for sure.

  • Call your GEICO representative to make sure your motorcycle insurance is fully up to date and provides all the coverage you need.
