I was impressed with service rep. Claimed processed very fast, but I had to wait to get my deductable for at least 6 months. I thought that was unacceptable.

Insurance Account Reps were excellent in providing competent explanations, guidance in online systems use and a general upbeat attitude. Accident contacts were the opposite; self interested, obscure about the process, acted in their interest first and far from providing any sense of caring about the customer.

Great Service For Accident Free Drivers

Great service; however if you have an accident expect a cancellation of your policy...so drive safe I guess.
