I just want to say THANK YOU to all the people from Geico that helped me buy my first car!!! You guys helped me more than the car dealership themselves!! So insightful and GREAT prices!
Quick and excellent claim service!

We filed our claim online and had no idea what to expect. Within a day the adjuster reviewed the situation, contacted us, and was very kind and professional. The entire process went smoothly and quickly. We have a small policy and yet we were treated as though we were one of their most valued customers!

I switched to Geico in order to lower my monthly payment. Not only did they save me 100$ a month on the EXACT same coverage limits but they added roadside assistance. I have never been able to add any extra perks to my insurance because the monthly payments were already higher than my car note. 1 week after switching to Geico the starter in my car went out and I was stranded. I had the roadside assistance and jumped on the mobile app and with in 45 mins I had a Tow truck driver pulling up and taking the car to my auto shop I use regularly. I had no out of pocket cost which was HUGE being that a replacement starter in a Honda is no cheep fix. THANK YOU GEICO for showing me that exceptional service is not out of my price range.

I am very grateful with the level of service I received from Geico and Classic Collision Duluth. I hit my car against a cement block and damaged the front end of the car. From the moment I reported my claim to the day I picked up my car, I have received outstanding customer service from your employees and repair shop partner. Your claim rep was responsive, displayed empathy and made me feel less ambivalent about the repair process. The Classic Collision center had such a great environment and all staff members (Geico/Rental/Shop) were friendly and made the process of turning in my car and getting a rental very easy. I also received occasional repair status updates via text message from the shop. I was happy to pick up my car and find that it looked better than before my accident. I am grateful for the overall positive experience and love being a Geico customer. :)

Make sure the agent tells you that she/he will be charging an additional $4.00 for using your credit card. This detailed was totally left out.

My son's truck had to be towed and when I called in I got a wonderful customer service rep on the phone that was very knowledgeable and pleasant. She informed me what would take place, who the company is that would be towing my son's truck, then proceeded to send me a text with the company information. I was so pleasantly put at ease and she was a delight to speak with (I'm sorry, I forgot her name).

Internet Insurance Better Than a Physical Office

For those of you who are skeptical about Internet Insurance, this review is for you. I was with State Farm for many years before I switched to Gieco. Mostly because I didn't feel that my agent had my best interest in mind. Anytime I had an insurance issue they never seemed to want to take responsibility. Additionally, my cost for insurance I rarely used continued to rise. I looked at several online options and after some research decided upon Geico. It's been many years since I've needed to use my auto insurance and had to deal with body shops, claims adjusters and estimates. As I recall it was a tedious and arduous task. Recently my wife got rear ended and we needed to file a claim. The Geico online format was good but there was an issue with coverage that had me calling customer service for assistance. The people manning the phones are Terrific! Very helpful and calming, walking me through the process. No outsourced phone support where you can't understand the person in another country speaking English. After my claim had been submitted, I immediately received several emails letting me know the claim process was under way and prompting me as to their progress. The next day I receive an email letting me know I had several appointment time windows to drop off the car for repair. After choosing a convenient time for me I was prompted to call a Geico claims phone number for further details. This is what really impressed me about Geico. They have a rental car ready for me at the body shop so I don't need to have someone drop me off. The rental was from Enterprise. I was provide a reservation number and told to bring proper ID for verification. Geico uses a body shop in my local area and I'm sure it's that way wherever you live. In this case, Benz Auto Body. I drop off my car and go inside. There are three different office set ups inside the body shop building. The main office section is for the Body Shop, another separate section is for the Geico Agent and another for Enterprise Rental. Everything under one roof. I'm greeted by a Geico Agent who walks me through the paper work. Next an Enterprise Car Rental Agent walks in with the rental agreement and keys to a new Dodge Charger. The whole process is painless and very efficient. The body shop is not burdened with customer claim forms or rental issues and can concentrate on fixing cars. Everyone had a role to play all to my benefit. I was in and out quickly, approx 15 mins, with a very cool rental car and my car getting fixed. This is a wonderful way to do business. Once again Geico kept me informed as to my claim and repair process via email. After 2 days the car was fixed and ready to pick up. The process is then reversed - drop off the rental and pick up my car. Benz Auto Body did a great job too. Not only did they match the paint beautifully but the car had been washed and detailed. WOW!?! State Farm eat your heart out. I'm very pleased with every aspect of the Geico Claims process. While you hope to never need to use insurance, it's nice to know when you do, Geico has their act together. Thank You!
