I have insurance with Geico both for my personal vehicles and for my business vehicles. I have TONS of options and capabilities for my personal vehicle policy and nothing more than "pay your bill" for my business policy. Considering the pricing difference, My commercial policy should have more options, like add a new vehicle, remove a vehicle, standard stuff instead of just paying online.

Online experince is terrible

Using Geico for commercial car insurance has lead to nothing but headaches when dealing with the online portal. The bill states got to www.geico.com to pay bill but you get there and guess what there is a different log on page for commercial policies. In the 18 months our company has had Geico I've had to call and have my online account reset 3 times and in December when I couldn't log on it was because some one opened my policy and never closed it. The customer service person couldn't take a payment and tech support didn't answer the phone! Took almost 2 weeks to pay my bill! Why don't I enroll in auto pay you ask? Why would I give a company that I can't consistently have access to my online account the ability to take money from my bank account? The commercial Auto site is not user friendly.

Can't view policy online

Tired to review my coverage online today (on a Saturday afternoon) -- website doesn't permit it and Geico's Commercial Office is not open for calls on a Saturday (or after hours or on Sunday for that matter). Having a hard time getting adjusted to the Commercial side of things at Geico. Was so used to Geico's excellent, nearly around the clock phone, and 24 hour online customer service on the individual policy holder side. Also no umbrella policy available on the commercial side.

Online Abilities are Awful.

Would be better if I actually had a bill MAILED to me for one. For two, how about being able to see policy details online? Especially when you don't mail out hard copy renewal information for some reason. C'mon guys, common sense stuff here! Also, how about doing what EVERY other insurance company does and send the DMV my Proof of Insurance come registration time rather than making my renewal process a total pain every year? Thanks!

Great Product for Ride Share

Great product and coverage for Rideshare Drivers, haven't had to use the claim department yet (luckily). All other service departments have been very pleasant and friendly and the value is excellent compared to other companies for the same coverages. Just wished there was an APP for the Commercial Policies.

No option to file claim over the week end

I am surprised that there is no mechanism to report an accident and/or file a claim outside the weekday office hours. GEICO certainly can and should improve this. Thank you.
