dose not keep up with proper paper work

well i have been with this company for years as a costumer and i have had an issue come up three times over and accident that i was not at fault with and yet geico charged me and raise my cost.i believe it is not far to me as a costumer to be charged on something that i was proven not a fault for as well as being a good safe driver for many years.

Worst experience ever

I bought a motorcycle and since i have other policies i added a policy for my bike. 2 weeks after i bought the bike it got knocked over in a parking lot while i was inside shopping. It has been 2 months now and i still have not recieved a check for the repairs. I am getting excuses like we cannot verify the date and condition of the bike at purchase even though i have sent them the signed title. First claim that i have ever filed in my life and this is my reward for 20 years of safe driving. I am seriously considering finding an insurance company that cares.

I am very dissatisfied with the online features...I have multiple policies but am not allowed to use more than one online. I have to call in to access my second policy...very very frustrating.

THE FIRST YEAR WITH GEICO, WERE GOOD I THOUGHT THEY HAD BETTER RATES THEN WHOM I WAS WITH, SO I SWITCH. WELL THEN IT CAME TIME TO RENEW AND IN THE WEEK OF RENEWING I HAD MOVE TO A NEW LOCATION, WHEN I CALLED TO CHANGE MY ADDRESS THEY SAID I HAD TO RENEW BEFORE 12:00AM THAT BUSINESS DAY TO RENEW... WHICH I DID. WELL THEY STILL SENT THE STATE A LASPED OF INSURANCE AND IT COST ME 100.00 MORE IT WAS NOT MY FAULT I RENEWED IT THAT DAY BEFORE 12:00AM AS I SPOKE TO THE REP. OVER THE PHONE.
