Still need to tweek the product

After being a GEICO customer for so many years we were excited to be able to obtain full timers RV insurance when we decided to try the fulltime RV lifestyle. However after several years of trying to put your product together you still don't have it right for the fulltime segment of your customers. Only offering "vacation" liability isn't sufficient. We need the same type of Liability coverage that we would have had on our home (and that other companies offer for less money)Just covering us at our "campsite" isn't enough. Your rates are still not competitive for this market either. We have remained with GEICO for our coverage only because our truck that we use to tow our fifthwheel with is insured with you and we have the repair coverage on it that we do not wish to loose. If you really are interested in putting out a quality product for those of us who fulltime then I would suggest that you form a focus group made up of some of your fulltime RV customers, invite them to your Virginia Beach campus, let them set up their rigs for a day in your parking lot and have face to face discussions of what they need. Other wise you should stick to covering only your "vacation" customers and drop the fulltimers product.

poor claims service

Everything except for the claims has been wonderful. We turned in a claim and it took the adjusters over a month to contact us and even longer for them to come and check out the problem. The claim was denied as normal wear and tear, but we still had a lot of leakage problems and have fixed them ourselves. Isn't this why you carry insurance??????
