GEICO Catastrophe Response Team provides on‑the‑ground support to help customers after severe weather or large‑scale disasters. When storms or other events impact a region, GEICO deploys local response teams and adjusters to affected areas to help assess damage and move claims forward.
These teams may set up local inspection sites, extend claim service hours, or come directly to you if your vehicle isn’t drivable. They stay in the area until affected GEICO customer claims have been reported and supported.
When conditions are challenging, the goal is to make it easier to get help, understand next steps, and start moving forward — even when things feel uncertain.
