Payment Methods – Choose one of several easy ways to pay your premiums.

Online

  • Write an online check. No postage! No mail delays! There is no charge for using Direct Check.

    Here's How It Works
    • Log in to the secure Policyholder Service Center each time you would like to make a payment.
    • Provide us your checking account information. (Have a check handy so that you'll have account and bank information.)
    • We'll then create a facsimile check, which will clear electronically through your bank within one to five business days. (The transaction will show up on your bank statement as "GEICO PYMT.")
    • Once you've set up your Direct Check payment option and created your password, you can choose to store banking information so you won't have to re-enter it the next time.
  • You can make a payment with your debit card, check card or any major credit card.

    Here's How It Works
    • Log in to the secure Policyholder Service Center each time you'd like to make a payment.
    • Click on the "Pay by Card" link and provide us with the details of your payment and card account.
    • GEICO will charge the card account you provided within one business day.

Automatically

  • Paying your bill is a no-brainer with this easy payment option, which automatically deducts payments from your checking account. In most states, the normal service fee (which can be up to $5.00) is reduced to only $1.00 when using EFT.

    Here's How It Works
    • Log in to the secure Policyholder Service Center to enroll in EFT.
    • Once you've set up an account, your payments will be deducted automatically according to the payment plan you selected.
    • You'll never have to worry about a payment arriving late! We promise that your payments will be made on time and your coverage will be uninterrupted as long as the funds are available in your account on the scheduled payment dates.
  • Recurring Card Payment plan – Make automatic payments using a debit or credit card.

    Here's How It Works
    • Recurring card payments allow you to make automatic automobile or motorcycle insurance premium payments using a debit or credit card.
    • Once enrolled, we will automatically charge your debit or credit card according to the schedule you select.
    • If you elect to pay your premium in installments, each installment may be subject to an installment fee as shown on your billing statement.
    • To learn more about recurring card payments, please log into your policy at our secure Policyholder Service Center.
