Carl Tims, GEICO's Chief Diversity Officer
Respecting and valuing our associates is our number one operating principle. We display our commitment to this principle by creating space for authenticity, belonging and safety, by listening to our associates, and creating access to opportunities. We also work to provide opportunities, develop and maximize the skills and talents of all our associates, at every level, to excel and achieve their career ambitions. I am proud of the progress we are making every day on our journey to become as inclusive as possible within the company and in the communities where our associates live and work so that we can provide a stronger sense of belonging.
