So it has been a couple of months since you made those New Year’s resolutions. And it might even have been a couple of months already since you broke them. But don’t be too hard on yourself, you have LOTS of company. According to StatisticBrain.com, only 45 percent of Americans even make New Year’s resolutions, and only a mere 8 percent actually succeed in keeping them throughout the year.
So take comfort in the fact that you don’t have to wait until 2017 begins to set new goals to improve yourself. What genius decided that resolving to make positive changes in your life should only be an annual exercise, anyway?
It’s never a bad time to embark on a better course for yourself, so why not make New Month’s resolutions?
On the first of every new month, resolve to eat better, get more sleep, exercise more, spend less, give more to charity, or whatever you think will make your world better . And if you fall short of your goal, well … there’s another month starting soon!
