Bad Service

Did not get the car repaired correctly. Went back to the body shop and they refused to fix the issue. Do not have time to fight and get the repair done.

My experience was beyond horrible. My vehicle was delivered for repair on 06/08/09 and was not finished until 8/17/09. The ongoing explanation for the delays was because they could not get the parts from Germany. I find it had to believe that parts for a 2006 Mercedes would be on back order for so long.

There was dirty oily hand prints left on the interior of my car. That were not cleaned. Was given an anticipated day of completion. However, was called a day eariler but only given 2hours notice before they closed. Would have like to have been called in the morning of the day they knew they were completing the work.
